Mitochondrial baseline profile (in PBMC):

• Total ATP, mitochondrial ATP, PGC-1-alpha, rhodanase, Nrf-2, mitochondrial mass (mtDNA:ntDNA), mitochondrial gene mutation (4977bp)

Mitochondrial stress index 1 (in PBMC):

• Total ATP, mitochondrial ATP, PGC-1-alpha, rhodanase, Nrf-2, mitochondrial mass (mtDNA:ntDNA), mitochondrial gene mutation (4977bp), mitochondrial ATP (under stress)

Mitochondrial stress index 2 (in PBMC):

• Analysis of mitochondrial functionality in peripheral blood leukocytes after addition of a stressor (H2O2): ATP, biogenesis (PGC-1-alpha), antioxidant enzyme systems (Nrf-2)

Mitochondrial function status 1 (in PBMC): 

• Total ATP, mitochondrial ATP, mitochondrial mass (mtDNA:ntDNA), mitochondrial “common deletion” mutation (del4977bp)

Mitochondrial function status 3:

• Complete determination of the mitochondrial genome: Whole blood OR PBMC OR Monocytes OR Lymphocytes OR CD8 T cells

FC mtDNA (in plasma):

• Freely circulating mitochondrial DNA

SARS-CoV-2 IgG, Neutralising antibodies:

• Quantitative determination of the neutralising capacity of IgG antibodies against the original SARS-CoV-2 virus (WUHAN) and the variants alpha, beta, gamma, delta and omicron without culturing memory B cells. This test includes the quantitative IgG determination (S protein) with correlation to the WHO reference material. Caution: If the amount of SARS-CoV-2 IgG is < 100 BAU/ml and the cultivation option is not If desired, the examination is completed; Optional: If the amount of SARS-CoV-2 IgG is < 100 BAU/ml, I would like the quantitative IgG determination (S protein) with correlation to the WHO reference material after culturing memory B cells. Attention: If the amount of SARS-CoV-2 IgG is < 8 BAU/ml even after the optional cultivation, the examination is completed;

SARS-CoV-2 IgG immune capacity:

• Quantitative determination of the neutralising capacity of IgG antibodies against the original SARS-CoV-2 virus (WUHAN) and the variants alpha, beta, gamma, delta and omicron after cultivation of memory B cells. ATTENTION: If the amount of SARS-CoV-2 IgG after cultivation is < 8 BAU/ml, the test is terminated;

• Determination of the T-cell response to the SARS-CoV-2 virus (all immunodominant epitopes)

SARS-CoV-2 T cell response – Immune capacity 

• Determination of the T-cell-specific response to the SARS-CoV-2 virus (all immunodominant epitopes)-  after cultivation of memory T cells
