Bryan Mackenzie and Frank Ives, Long Covid, US

Bryan and Frank from San Diego stayed at our clinic for almost 7 weeks.

The list of symptoms was long for Bryan Mackenzie when he arrived: Severe Fatigue, PEM, Anxiety, Depression, Malaise, Shortness of Breath, Chest Tightness, Brainfog, Mast Cell Activation (MCAS), Palpitations, Tremors, Dizziness, Noise, Light and Heat Sensitivity.

Frank Ives had Heart Issues with Palpitations, Dizziness, Light Headedness and Pain around the Chest and Heart Area, as well as Anxiety and Panic Attacks.

They both did multimodal Combination Therapy with H.E.L.P. Apheresis, IV Treatment, Nutraceutical Therapy and rTMS/Ketamine therapy.

Like many of us Long Covid sufferers Mia was going through different phases of Long Covid. She initially thought she had overcome a large part of the illness, just to then horribly crash again and being close to being bedridden again after 2,5 years since the onset of her symptoms. When Robyn arrived 6 weeks before this video was recorded, she would not have been able to give an interview. She suffered from noise sensitivity, movement sensitivity, heat intolerance, fatigue, PEM, panic attacks, insomnia, brainfog, depression and dermatitis, vertigo, MCAS/IBS, chest pressure, headaches to just name the main symptoms.

Now one and a half months literally all of those symptoms are gone except the fatigue when she exerts herself. Our molecular diagnostics has found though that she has spike protein persistence in her immune cells, so the next weeks therapies will be directed at that and we expect that to resolve within a few months too. Krisztina Koncsek, Hungary, Post Vac and Long Covid

3 weeks after her vaccination Krisztina had a syncope during a tennis session, there was no acute cardial trauma, but after several tests, cardiomyopathy was diagnosed. After she partly seemed to recover she had developed POTS, fatigue and mild GI symtpoms.

After two later Covid infections she worsened to severe fatigue and severe POTS, her histamine issues started and the onset of numbness and headache.

In October 2023 from one day to another she became bed bound, with very severe fatigue, insomnia, GI pain, stomach pain, neuropathy-like symptoms and inflammation feelings. Her treating doctors said it is psychological, because all of her lab tests came back OK.

When she arrived the last week of May at the Apheresis Center, she had 35 (!) severe symptoms. Today, beginning of July there are almost no symptoms left, with moderate MCAS being the main symptom to work on. During the video she surprised Markus - she is moving to Cyprus in October -

Marko Zivanovic, Serbia, Long Covid

Marko speaks about his experience in Cyprus at our clinic in Larnaca, how helpful Dianna from travel support was with transport and accommodation and the advantages he found about being treated on our island. By adding Whole Body Hyperthermia and Nutraceutical Protocols (Senolytica and Antivirals) to his H.E.L.P. Apheresis treatments we aimed at reducing cost and duration (10 days only!) of his treatment course. Will this experiment work? 15 year old Liz Jelley, Long Covid, Scotland

Liz (Elizabeth or also called Lizzie) Jelley is well known amongst people with Long Covid. She has been an activist for Long Covid Kids and even was involved writing a rebuttal letter to the UK Prime Minister about Long Covid. She had many appearances in press and TV. What many don't know, her mum had 'mild' MECFS for years but then was also hit by Long Covid.

15 year old Keelyn O., Long Covid, Canada

Keelyn, a Pro Sports teenager from Canada was brave and pushed herself through life without complaining too much and even continued with her beloved volleyball training.

But after her symptoms started to become harder and harder to bear (her Long Covid started showing POTS, fatigue, brainfog, insomnia and anxiety and ended with up to 10 hour long muscle twitches, inability to focus or do homework and not having many emotions left), her mum took her on the journey to our clinic in Cyprus for treatment with Combination Therapy and H.E.L.P. Despite her way not being easy - she needed a catheter, her small body was not always willing to establish a good blood flow with the machine and the amount of treatable plasma was sometimes lower than desired - after 7 H.E.L.P. Long Covid Kids&Teenagers: Zac Sobey (13) and his father Ryan, Long Covid, Australia

13-year-old Zac Sobey from Australia went from being carried to the beach - because he could no longer walk - to surfing in a matter of weeks after having been treated at our clinic. His father, Ryan Sobey, originally from South Africa is a scientist with background in genetics and biochemistry. This helped him identify Help Apheresis as a treatment for his son's Long Covid.

Zac suffered from a long list of severe symptoms:

Fever, cough, fatigue, acid reflux, stomach pain, headaches, intermittent diarrhoea, fatigue in the upper limbs and almost complete loss of function in the lower limbs.

79 year old Arthur Bradshaw recovered from his Long Covid shortness of breath (SOB) after 2 weeks of Help Apheresis.

Maria Endrodi, Post-Vac Syndrome / Long Covid, Hungary

Maria and Tamas, a lovely couple from Hungary with roots in the US and Italy arrived on our island in early September and before we knew, they showered our team with sweet cakes and love. When Maria arrived, her anxiety levels were barely bearable for her, she suffered from strong muscle weakness, breathing problems, brain fog, constant fatigue, post exertional malaise, insomnia, temperature dysregulation and neuropathy as well as other autoimmune issues. Her symptoms started over two years ago after the first vaccination, but severely worsened after a Covid infection. After we removed several large clotting aggregates from her arm veins, a catheter was placed to be able to carry out the Help Apheresis treatments despite the severe hyper-coagulation. After 5 weeks of Combination Therapy with 6 Help Apheresis, anticoagulants, antivirals and various IVs she recovered and is now close to her old self again. 'I arrived here practically in a wheelchair, I had not been well for a very long time. I did all of my own research before I left Australia and Help Apheresis seemed to have the answers to help fix me. From the minute you walk into the clinic, the staff could not be more friendly. They seem to have blended the German efficiency and the Cypriot hospitality. It is such a warm environment to be treated, the staff is incredible, they put me so much at ease with their kindness. The treatment itself is not that invasive, especially if you have the catheter because it means you can have your hands free and read et cetera. Now after treatment Nr. 4 I feel fantastic, but I still have to finish the course of 6 treatments because the filters are still coming out blocked. Overall I can't thank the clinic enough, the treatment has been fantastic. Overall it has been a fantastic experience, I could not recommend it highly enough. When I realized there is a clinic in Cyprus, the fact that it is a beautiful island made the choice of me and my wife easy. It is a great place to recover and heal by the sea. My advice to other patients is to do your own research, work out if you have micro-clotting which is easy to understand if you follow the symptoms. Long Covid Kids&Teenagers: Lycke Ostby Paulsen (13), Long Covid, Norway

A Long Covid Kids success story:

Lycke didn't want to travel to Cyprus, but her parents managed to get her to us with a compromise between holiday and treatment. Her severe Long Covid symptoms (Fatigue, POTS, PEM, Insomnia, Light&Sound&Movement Sensitivity, Anxiety, Dizziness, Skin Rashes, Nerve Pain, Muscle & Rheumatic Issues etc.) improved so significantly she is now back to school 3 days a week and out of the wheelchair, walking around with her friends in school. Verena Hunger, Post Vac Syndrome, Austria

Verena had already tried every possible treatment when she came to our clinic, she even tried Immunoadsorption before and it helped her with the neurological symptoms she was having, but it didn't help with the fatigue. Unfortunately, three months after her Immunoadsorption, she got worse again as it’s effect was temporary.

'I had 4 Help Apheresis treatments last year in Germany. They brought me back to 80% of my former capacity. Unfortunately I reinfected with Covid again after and as I did not have Early Treatment packages back then, my Long Covid came back with even more symptoms.

In Social Media and Forums Spam and Fake-Posts are a common problem. A great way to identify if you are speaking to a real current or former patient of the Apheresis Center is to request their USI - Unique Social Identifier.

How does a USI (Unique Social Identifier) work? Every Apheresis Center patient can request his/her USI. A USI is a 5 digit code (e.g. 3R7TZ) that is connected to one enquiry from one social account and is valid for a single indentification process only (72 hours), whilst fulfilling all data protection regulations.

How does it work?

You are talking to someone online but are not sure if it is a real person/patient
Send them a request for a USI with your Social Media account you are using to communicate with them
They will then request a current single use USI (valid for 72 hours) from the Apheresis Center
You can verify it (see below) and see if it is indeed a valid USI (you are talking to a real patient/person) or not (fake/spam)
