It took us almost two years to complete our Combination Therapy treatment portfolio! Now all therapies international clinicians and patients reported as as successful and our Medical Team evaluated positively, are available in one location - Larnaca and surrounding! (mABs arriving early 2024). We are very proud to at the same time have not only the first but also the largest Combination Therapy treatment portfolio that exists to date. To our knowledge this is unique. Worldwide.

We needed a ton of work hours, research and more than anything else, a strong network of partners with specialised skills and expertise. 

Thank god the island of Cyprus has an incredibly strong private medical sector and research is nowadays no longer experiencing the disadvantage of country borders, but is done internationally without restrictions. Our network spans from Europe, to the US and Australia, and includes some of the best researchers and clinicians there is in the field of Long Covid, Post Vac and Chronic Illness.

The last therapy we added to the Combination Therapy portfolio, will be available soon (check for announcement here in the News&Update Section) - mABs Therapy.

One might ask - what took you so long? Well - quite frankly - we do not offer any therapy on single anecdotal evidence only. We do not include any new therapy in our portfolio, unless there is solid proof and evidence from clinicians and patients. And even more important, we always need a complete knowledge transfer and support and the new therapies have to be carried out by experienced professionals only. This is the only way we can guarantee that our own high (German) quality standards are also fulfilled by our network of partners.

The therapies we, as a clinic, have in-house experience with (after thousands of treatments and hundreds of patients) are Clinical Nutrition, H.E.L.P. Apheresis, IV Therapies, Anticoagulation Therapy, Antiviral Therapy, Medication Protocols, Magnesium Oxygen Therapy and Reinfection Care (Early Treatment). Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy and Chryotherapy are offered by our Dr. Irina Pavlik Marangos conveniently located 20 meters next to our apheresis facilities. 

Our clinical director, Chryso Zorbas, ensures the smooth flow of your therapies and treatments both in-house and available externally by our chosen qualified partner clinics. In Combination Therapy, it’s all about balance and not about the number of therapies. 

Our chosen qualified partner clinics are close by - the Colon Hydrotherapy facility is just 15 minutes drive away, IVIG Therapy, mABs Therapy, Chelation Therapy and Stellate Ganglion Block therapies are accessible just a little more than half an hour drive from our clinic.

Despite the massively increased success rates of Combination Therapy over H.E.L.P. Therapy alone, we are still looking out for all the latest clinical healing attempts and updates, as well as all the patient-led and international research, to add more treatments to our Combination Therapy. 

But our patient's treatment success already now give us hope that in the very near future we will not only be able to achieve the current success rates (see ISFA 2023 results) but get (almost) all patients treated with us gain a large part of their life back.

Medical grade pulse oximeters are getting more and more functions, new medical pulse oximeters are equipped with state-of-the-art technologies and are known for their high accuracy. For physical, non-invasive indication of microcirculation issues our medical team is testing (as well as using Dr. Gustavo Aguirre-Chang's Microclots Test for indication of microclots) an adjusted combination of two modern medical oximeter features:

1) Adjusted Perfusion Index (API) 

Perfusion Index adjusted to the heart rate and blood pressure at the time of measurement. Perfusion Index or PI is the ratio of the pulsatile blood flow to the non-pulsatile static blood flow in a patient's peripheral tissue. Studies have shown that PI has a high correlation with e.g. capillary refill time (and therefore microcirculation). More scientific background information can be found here: Springer Link

2) ACT (Artery Check Technology)

'The arterial pulse is detected at the digital arteries by means of a photo-plethysmographic detection technology. This means LED light is emitted from one side of the finger (the nail side) into the small arteries of the fingertips. The light will be absorbed in the tissue, - like skin layers, bone and muscles. This light is particularly absorbed once it is passing through the pulsating arteries. The arteries are changing their diameters by various degrees of filling during the pulse cycle. The Rossmax pulse oximetry technology includes a proprietary high-sophisticated pulse contour analysis of the PPG, which is enabled by a specific SW algorithm and a wide pulse filter setting. This makes a difference to other available pulse oximeters. For this reason, the ACT pulse oximetry technique is able to analyse the PPG pulse pattern and determines the characteristics of the returning wave dynamics. A narrow, high and early RTW peak can be distinguished from a wide, low and late RTW peak.'
